By now, you have analyzed your gifted student, developed a plan to help him/her experience success based on his/her personal strengths, and you have placed him/her in a program that will enable him/her to blossom and grow. Every person who comes in professional contact with this student, including parents, has a copy of this same educational plan (EP) so you can all be on the same page and work together to guarantee the best possible educational experience for the student.
Based on your reading and the continuum of services at your school (or provided by your district) explain how you can adapt the EP to reflect what is available.
